Taco, Get in My Belly (TGIMB) is a unique taco restaurant that only serves tacos and drinks - nothing else. This restaurant only has 2 types of taco shells, crunchy yellow corn and soft white flour tortillas. But this is where the limits stop - the options for what go in the shell are as varied as they come and include the typical staples of beef, chicken, fish, and pork, but also inlude wild game such as venison and wild turkey. Customers don't order toppings - much like a burger bar, tacos are taken to the gigantic toppings bar, which is large enough to make even the most well stocked restaurant salad bars blush in embarrassment.
TGIMB was established in 1992 in Fresno, CA by Bob and Tim Smith - the two renowned taco chef brothers who first layered multiple tacos on top of each other (which many other restaurants have now mimicked). The restaurant chain now has 52 stores in 7 western states and provinces in North America.

Wikitacio: Delicious TacoJuan Rivera is a master taco chef, perhaps the best in the world. It is no wonder, then, that his 12 restaurants in Texas and New Mexico are always packed with happy customers and the waitlist to get a reservation in nearly 3 years long. Rumors in the taco restaurant underground claim that the recipe for Juan's Spicy Minced Beef Crunchy Taco is so highly guarded that Juan himself is the only person on the planet who has access to it - and Juan mixes his minced beef slurry in a locked room by himself, then ships the meat filling to all of his stores. Further, the encryption on his recipe is so strong that even the NSA has consulted with Juan about how he is protecting it.
Juan's Authentic is currently looking to expand their product line to include bagged seasoned meats to be sold frozen at grocery stores. Estimates from foodies predict a $17B USD market for seasoned taco meat in the next few years.

Even the smallest Taco Feast (in Cambridge, MA) had to be located in a warehouse to support its 132-ft long taco bar. Taco Feast boasts that its taco bars are the largest in the world - a fact that has a lot of evidence and zero detractors. The average Taco Feast - which has 37 locations in 12 East Coast states - serves over 30 types of seasoned meats, over 100 toppings, and several dozen types of shells.
Taco Feast is a publicly traded company (Stock Ticker: TACO) with a market value of nearly $7B USD. The Board of Directors includes such taco greats as Mick "Taco" Johnson and Tony "Cheesy Beef" Arnold. Taco Feast forecasts over $1B in revenue this year and projections indicate a 800% growth rate by 2020.
